On servers linked against WolfSSL SSL_Cipher and SSL_cipher_list are always the same

When the server is linked against OpenSSL it will show all ciphers that the current OpenSSL library and configuration can accept in principle, even those not compatible with the servers ssl_cert.

With WolfSSL on the other hand the Ssl_cipher_list status variable will always show a single entry only, which is the same as the currently used Ssl_cipher.
