DBMS is sometimes very slow

    Description

      Sometimes, our DBMS is very slow.
      It's not busy time.

      I attach innodb_status_20240902191007.txt and system_status_20240902191007.png when it starting slow.

      By I check the log file, so many threads wait for Mutex DICT_SYS created at 0x562fc6c028c0.

      I've searched similar situation to my case, but I didn't have gotten anything.

      What is the DICT_SYS?
      And What can I do solve it?

      Please help me.
