On page 3 of this documentation, I read that

"There is currently just one version of the book. It's delivered in the PDF format, and in the Golden Ratio aspect ratio, meaning A4."

However A4 has nothing to do with golden ratio, rather simply sqrt(2), instead of (1+sqrt(5))/2, which is the Golden Ratio.
