Implement SHA2 support for file_key_management.so plugin (TDE)

    Description

      Hi Team,

      Some users are requesting that to support SHA2 on file_key_management.so (TDE).

      As of now it only support SHA1 and when we tried to use sha256 salted keys MariaDB fails to start.
