mariadb-dump taken on 11.4.2 cannot be restored to 11.4.2

    Description

      If you take an export using 11.4.2 and then try to restore it on 11.4.2, you can't. This doesn't seem right.

      ERROR at line 1: Unknown command '\-'.

      This is related to Sandbox mode, and I understand what's happening, but I'm not trying to restore to an older version; I'm trying to restore to the same version.
