Non riesco ad avviare il server MySQL

Buongiorno. So usando XAMPP sul mio computer. Fino a qualche giorno fa, funzonava tutto alla grande. Improvvisamente, non riesco più ad avviare MySQL. Quando clicco su "Start" sembra che si sia avviato tutto e poi impovvisamente smette di funzionare. XAMPP mi riporta questo errore. Allego anche il file di log.
Ho provato anche a reinstallare XAMPP, nonstante all'inizio funziona, dopo che spengo il computer si ripresenta lo stesso problema.
