Make extra aggregate functions available when ColumnStore is not installed

    Description

      Many additional aggregate functions are available when ColumnStore is installed:

      But they work when against InnoDB tables, too. From my quick tests, they give the same results on InnoDB and ColumnStore.

      I think it makes sense to make these functions always available, no matter if ColumnStore is installed.
