Description
Issue is exactly like MDEV-31637 which has been closed and marked completed. I disagree.
Trying to upgrade from 10.10.2 to 10.11.4 or 10.10.5 to 10.11.4 both fail on step 5 in the upgrade wizard.
See MDEV-31637 for details. It is word for word the exact same issue.
