Catalogs and logging

• By default error log, general log and slow log should be written to catalog directory
• One should be able to specify other paths in the per catalog_name/my.cnf file.
• General_log and slow log tables should be stored in 'catalog_name'/mysql'
  (This should already work, but should be tested)

Audit log should also include catalogs, if the server is started with catalog support
