rpl_semi_sync_master_[get,request]_ack should be controllable with `reset master` statement

    Description

      It is obtained that status variables rpl_semi_sync_master_[get,request]_ack are always incremented with each new transaction and not depending on the state of primary.
      It should be possible to reset them after invoking command reset_master.
      This task should implement that.
