Remove SPIDER_DB_ACCESS_TYPE_NOSQL

    Description

      The codebase at 11.0 (and possibly earlier versions - to verify) do not have any use for SPIDER_DB_ACCESS_TYPE_NOSQL. This is probably a consequence (to verify) of the removal of handlersocket support (MDEV-26858, 0599dd90147 Mon Jan 24 15:44:23 2022 +0900 - Nayuta Yanagisawa: MDEV-26858 Spider: Remove dead code related to HandlerSocket). Remove SPIDER_DB_ACCESS_TYPE_NOSQL and everything to do with db access type (because afterwards there's only the sql access type left), to simplify logic e.g. in spider_create_conn_keys().
