Change request - TIMESTAMP resolution upgrade

Details

    Description

      • For now, the timestamp's DECIMAL POINT resolution is not enough to measure since only 6 decimal point.
      • Suggest to extend to 9 digits that nanosecond which today's OS suport it(at least the MS windows).
