    Description

      • Allow concat function at a statment `SIGNAL SQLSTATE '45000' SET MESSAGE_TEXT = concat(''); `

      To use above syntax in procedure, always needed to declare a text variable to set concat value.
      Dont think that small tasks really need to do everytime. make people focus on only worthy tasks.
