Description

To avoid confusion about the role of Relay_log_event::relay_log.description_event_for_exec which is not for accessing by slave parallel workers, as ~~MDEV-29322~~ is made clear,
rename it s/description_event_for_exec/description_event_for_sql_thread/.

While the work character is about a task, the bug potential behind the current naming is rather serious, it the issue type is set to Bug.
