Spider: Push down TIMESTAMPDIFF function

    Description

      To push down TIMESTAMPDIFF, enable Spider code disabled by #ifdef ITEM_FUNC_TIMESTAMPDIFF_ARE_PUBLIC. Some modifications to Spider and the server may be needed.
