            This likely needs to wait quite a bit after the initial deprecation. And may be announced in a blog post too

            it's already deprecated, see the linked issue. Since 10.7.5, if we believe FixVersion.
            But it's wasn't out long enough for people to notice and adjust, that was my point.

            Deprecating in 11.x series (e.g. 11.0) sounds good, indeed.
