Add FreeBSD rc.d style service files / scripts to support-files dir in binary tarballs

    Description

      Right now the support-files subdirectory in binary tarballs contains templates for SystemD service files, and for classic Linux LSB / SystemV style init scripts.

      For FreeBSD specific binary tarballs we should add rc.d style init script(s) to the mix
