Delete spider_table_crd_thread_count and spider_table_sts_thread_count

    Description

      Having a single thread for a stats synchronization is enough. Delete code that will be dead.

      The vars are read only, so there's no need to deprecate them first

            it's a command line option, and starting from 11.5 deprecated command line options should print a warning, when set.

            but Monty is a great proponent of making command line options to do nothing without any advance warning or deprecation. you can do the same, make it deprecated, ignore its value and change the help text to "Unused"

            serg, thanks I didn't know that a read-only system variable can still be set in the command line option. I will reopen the deprecation ticket.
