Windows, MSI - fix path for redistributable merge module for VS2022

    Description

      Redistributable merge module , or , MSM for short, is used in the installer, for compilation with -DMSVC_CRT=/MD (dynamic CRT, currently in use for 10.4 only).

      As different VS version uses slightly different versions of the runtime, we need to install the MSM that corresponds to the VS.
