CONVERT_TZ function returns NULL, lack of timezone information

10.6.4-MariaDB
on Windows

SELECT convert_tz(now(),'GMT','GMT')

(NULL)

SELECT * FROM mysql.time_zone

0 rows

I've found mysql_tzinfo_to_sql.exe utility. Maybe I should input some tzinfo files. Where can I obtain it?
