Description
Starting with this commit in 10.3 and this commit in 10.4 our RHEL 8 and CentOS 8 builds started failing due to those builders not having jemalloc installed.
Those builders have never had jemalloc installed on them, so I worry adding it now would introduce a new dependency in packages released for them.
If jemalloc is truly needed I can, of course, add it to the Builders. But if it's not truly needed then it would be better to fix mysql_release.cmake to not require jemalloc or make it an optional requirement.
