Connector/C + GnuTLS: command line tools don't support ssl_crl parameter

    Description

      After implementation of CONC-433 command line client (and tools) doesn't support ssl_crl parameter (client library build with GnuTLS) since it will be unset in sslopt-case.h.

      Fix: see attached patch
