Set Galera SST thd as system thread

      • Revert change on mdl.cc
      • Make sure donor thd is system thread as it has no socket

            The function wsrep_is_sst_progress() and the variable sst_in_progress that were added in MDEV-22543 appear to have become orphaned, and they should be removed as well.
