Only a limited set of RPM distros (RHEL, SLES, Centos) distros previous got a garb.service systemd file installed. This now includes all RPM distros (unless built by a third party with "--without systemd"). The RPM spec post/preun(install)/postun(install) hooks are triggered to ensure that garb.service respects the presets of the distro and is stopped before removal.

    Description

After update to galera-4-26.4.5-1.sle15 garbd didn' start anymore.

garb-systemd[1718]: grep: /etc/default/garb: No such file or directory

because the script garb-systemd only checks for /etc/redhat-release to set the config to /etc/sysconfig/garb.
This file obviously does not exist on SUSE but still it follows the RPM packaging with the sysconfig path.
