fix manpages to use mariadb* executable names

    Description

      currently man pages are created for mysql* tools, they are named mysql.* and they use mysql* names inside. Should all be renamed and edited to follow the actual current tool names.

            Is this manpage contents update something greenman could help with to get it done quicker? Current status is 'major' and goal 10.5. With a good editor that has interactive mass search-replace that can be filtered to only affect man pages this should be pretty quick to do.

            greenman please note, that there is a commit already (maybe it is not all fixes, but it can be good starting point)

            This is not fixed yet, the commit was only a partial implementation
