Description

SET for the following binlog related system GLOBAL-only variables:

binlog_cache_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
binlog_file_cache_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
binlog_stmt_cache_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
binlog_commit_wait_count GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
binlog_commit_wait_usec GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
binlog_row_metadata GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
expire_logs_days GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
log_bin_compress GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
log_bin_compress_min_len GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
log_bin_trust_function_creators GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
max_binlog_cache_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
max_binlog_stmt_cache_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
max_binlog_size GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN
sync_binlog GLOBAL - add BINLOG ADMIN

is allowed only for users with the SUPER privilege as of 10.5.1.

Let's allow SET for these global variables also for users with the BINLOG ADMIN privilege.
