reduce the binary tarball size

    Description

      Binary tarball has grown to be too large. It's more than 1Gb now.

      Here's what we can do (all file sizes are from trusty-amd64 build):

      size description
      1.1G original mysql_release bintar
      526M without embedded
      185M as above, but client binaries are stripped, mysqld and *.so aren't
      111M as above, but everything is sripped
      67M as above and mysql-test is removed
