    Description

      with condition above there is an error:

      ninja: error: build.ninja:34565: multiple rules generate extra/pcre2/src/pcre2-build/libpcre2-8.a [-w dupbuild=err]

      example of build parameters:

      cmake ./ -GNinja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug  -DWITH_VALGRIND=ON -DWITH_ASAN:BOOL=OFF -DWITH_EMBEDDED_SERVER:BOOL=ON -DWITH_TOKUDB_STORAGE_ENGINE=OFF -DWITHOUT_TOKUDB=1 -DPLUGIN_MROONGA=NO -DPLUGIN_ROCKSDB=NO -DWITH_PCRE=bundled && ninja
