Description
`systemctl stop mariadb` hang until `kill -9`.
Reproduce step:
1. Start up the first (and only) node by `galera_new_cluster`.
2. Connect to the server with mysql client, and run some simple queries like `SHOW STATUS LIKE 'wsrep_%';`
3. Shutdown mariadb using `systemctl stop mariadb`.
