innodb processes appears in processlist, ver10.3.13

Installed 10.3.13 from redhat repository on 7.7.
Some innodb processes allways appears in processlist, is this "working as designed and with no issues" ?

I havent tested speed og any other consequences. I want to understand this change before going to production with setup.
