Move rocksdb.deadlock test into rocksdb_stress suite

    Description

      (Filed after exchange with svoj and others)

      rocksdb.deadlock uses mysqlslap, and tests that do so do not fit well into MariaDB's MTR test suite (which is ran in memory/cpu-constrained environments)

      This task is to track progress on this.

          A slight problem here is that rocksdb_stress uses a master-slave configuration, while rocksdb.deadlock doesn't use that.
