Create method to purge a specific domain from gtid_binlog_pos

Details

    Description

Every once in a while users will request a way to purge one or more specific domains from gtid_binlog_pos. There does not currently seem to be a way to do this. RESET MASTER purges all domains, but it does not let you pick and choose which domains to purge.

            Hi Elkin,

I haven't tested FLUSH BINARY LOGS DELETE_DOMAIN_ID=(list-of-domains) yet, but after reading a description of it, it does sound like that would accomplish what this FR is requesting. I didn't know that we had already implemented a feature like that.
