BACKUP: RocksDB

    Description

      Make RocksDB to work in MDEV-5336 as a transactional storage engine. That might need the ability of making a snapshot with a caller controlled end point. Then RocksDB can start a snapshot on prepare_for_backup() and end it at when the backup has reached the sync point.
