main.ssl* and main.openssl* tests are failing with OpenSSL 1.1.1.

    Description

      main.ssl_cipher, main.openssl_6975 'tlsv10', main.openssl_6975 'tlsv12' and main.ssl tests are failing when it's built with new OpenSSL 1.1.1.

      Please see attached build log for more details.
