Plugin 'TokuDB' init function returned error in MariaDB 10.3.8

    Description

      I am trying to install TokuDB in MariaDB 10.3.8 and getting this error 

      MariaDB [(none)]> INSTALL SONAME 'ha_tokudb';
      		 
      ERROR 2013 (HY000): Lost connection to MySQL server during query

      I have also attached my.cnf and error log for your reference:

      P.S- Transparent huge-ages are also disabled : 

      [root@localhost mysql]# cat /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/enabled
      		 
      always madvise [never]
      		 
      [root@localhost mysql]#
