MariaDB's mysql client lacks --syslog option

    Description

      MySQL had introduced --syslog (-j) option in versions 5.7.1+, check https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/mysql-command-options.html#option_mysql_syslog for more details.

      This useful option is not supported by mysql client of any recent MariaDB version and should be added.
