Document steps to set up replication with mariabackup

      It would be great if the MariaDB Backup documentation had a tutorial page similar to the following XtraBackup page:

      https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtrabackup/LATEST/howtos/setting_up_replication.html

      One major change that I'd recommend is to use the GTID coordinates from xtrabackup_binlog_info in step 5 rather than the log file and position coordinates.
