          I don't think this is the same as MDEV-12446 as that is multiple files which doesn't appear to be the Oracle case.

          MDEV-6096 constructs to lay framework for parallel query execution would be required.

          What exactly is needed here? What kind of parallelism is expected? LOAD DATA is not SQL*Loader, so it cannot attach exactly the same semantics to SQL*Loaded options.
