SUGGESTION: Create a Package for R Connection: RMariaDB

I would like to suggest that for MariaDB 10.3 it is created a package which enables a secure and robust connection between MariaDB and R.

It could be based on "RMySQL" (GPL2):

And distributed through the MariaDB Foundation webpage.

As a start point, a simple change of name on the package could be enough. And in the future, the package could be improved to support table chunking, in a simmilar way to "Microsoft's SQL Server's Scale-R Functions"
