    Description

mysql.user.password column is redundant and it's removed from mysql-5.7.

we should remove it too, but old mysql.user tables (with the password column) should still be supported.

because the new mysql.global_priv table has no password column and the mysql.user view is frozen at the structure of 10.3, it's not supposed to be changed anymore.
