    Description

      This taskl will extend MDEV-10578, to allow calling SQLERRM with an error code argument:

      DROP FUNCTION f1;
      		 
      CREATE FUNCTION f1 RETURN VARCHAR
      		 
      AS
      		 
      BEGIN
      		 
        RETURN SQLERRM(-904);
      		 
      END;
      		 
      /
      		 
      SELECT f1 FROM DUAL;
