centos 7.1511 x64
Description
Maraiadb crashes every time data are imported in the database and procedures are launched against the new data set.
This database was created anew with scripts.
This database has existed and used for years flawlessly, without a crash for years on mysql 5.1.61 on EL6 x64.
Note: 5 other types of database have been created from scripts as well, they are accessed uploaded with new data the same way, but they don't crash mariadb. The difference are the type of data and the procedures launched after each load.
The crash has been replicated on 2 different centos 7.1511 x64 machines running mariadb 5.5.44 and mariadb 5.5.47.
Dump:
161004 19:23:38 [ERROR] mysqld got signal 11 ;

This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
To report this bug, see http://kb.askmonty.org/en/reporting-bugs
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help
diagnose the problem, but since we have already crashed,
something is definitely wrong and this may fail.
Server version: 5.5.47-MariaDB-log
key_buffer_size=33554432
read_buffer_size=16777216
max_used_connections=7
max_threads=102
thread_count=6
It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 5048074 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.
