    Description

We don't have Sphinx tests anywhere in buildbot, apparently because sphinxsearch is not installed on any builders.

Lets wait and see how it goes. I expect the tests will start running and failing because they haven't been maintained, but fixing them will be out of the scope of this task. However, we need to see them run at least.

dbart, sorry, I've just realized – you've installed them on build machines, but it should have been install VMs, because that's where tests are executed. It's required for for running, not for building.

elenst: Install VMs updated, let me know if installing sphinx on them causes any issues or if anything needs to be done to the sphinx install itself (I only installed sphinx, I didn't make any configuration tweaks). Thanks.

Tests are running now (and failing sometimes, but that's another story, e.g. MDEV-10986)
