mtr can not run the tokudb_sys_vars tests

    Description

      mtr can not run the tokudb_sys_vars tests due to missing files. after adding the missing files, the tokudb_analyze_in_background_basic test fails due to a difference between mysql and mariadb WRT the permitted values for boolean system variables.
