Change default to use optimistic mode of in-order parallel replication

    Description

      Optimistic mode of in-order parallel replication does not change the consistency of the slave. so it can be default for better debugging opportunities

      slave-parallel-mode=optimistic

      a slave_domain_parallel_threads to 8 looks like a raisonnable default
