            For Oracle compatibility we need to support:

            • database-wide types, created with a CREATE TYPE statement
            • package private types - declared using the TYPE declaration inside CREATE PACKAGE BODY
            • package public types - declared using the TYPE declaration inside CREATE PACKAGE
