Add EXPLAIN FOR CONNECTION syntax support to SHOW EXPLAIN

    Description

      MariaDB has SHOW EXPLAIN, and MySQL 5.7 got EXPLAIN FOR CONNECTION.
      We should support EXPLAIN FOR CONNECTION syntax for compatibility purposes.
