Add RockyLinux builders

    Description

      Scope

      This task covers the addition of the following equivalent builders from buildbot.mariadb.net:

      • kvm-rpm-rocky8-aarch64
      • kvm-rpm-rocky84-amd64
      • kvm-rpm-rocky9-aarch64
      • kvm-rpm-rocky9-amd64

      Details

      Distro versions

      • 2 Architectures amd64, aarch64
      • Latest service pack of RockyLinux 8
      • Latest service pack of RockyLinux 9

      Tests run

      • Compression providers check present, see logs from buildbot.mariadb.net
      • Install, upgrade (major, minor) tests, include columnstore
      • PAM
      • MTR RUNS on the installed packages nm, s3, galera, rocksdb

      TO BE DECIDED:

      • mtr_on_rocky step from old BB.
