Changes tab differs between workers for the same push

For the same push to 11.7 (commit hash 9171ef3fafdc060beecb9f9cc3ca3c2b525607cf) the changes tab shows different changes.

For 2 different builders:

amd64-debian-11-msan-clang-16

Changes tab is different than
aarch64-almalinux-8-rpm-autobake-install
https://buildbot.mariadb.org/#/builders/617/builds/2274

The aarch64-almalinux-8-rpm-autobake-install is correct.

The only visible difference is a different "scheduler". (one is s_install, the other is s_protected_branches)
