Investigate creating a Buildbot plugin for executing automation processes

There are many tasks that one has to do manually from the Buildbot GUI, such as canceling builds.

Perhaps we can create a nicer interface with a few clear buttons that automate the repetitive processes. It could have buttons to:

1. Restart last push by currently logged in user.
2. Restart all failed builds by currently logged in user.
3. Cancel all builds for current user.
4. Cancel all running builds (for an Admin user only)
